Cassie May is a 50ft narrowboat built in 1991. She has been in the same ownership for 10 years has been correctly maintained by the owner who is also a skipper and works on boat maintenance.
She was blacked by the owner last summer and successfully surveyed at the same time (copy available to interested parties). 3 coats of blacking were applied, including to the base plate, and 6 new anodes fitted.
Cassie May has been repainted externally this year to a high standard and her interior has also been redecorated this year.
Her engine and transmission have recently been overhauled with the clutch and thrust plate replaced in the gear box. The stern gland has just been repacked, the water pump and the gulper replaced, new tiller bearing fitted 3 new leisure batteries installed. A brand new cratch cover has also just been fitted. The flu of the multi fuel stove is also being replaced and a new BSS Safety Certificate will be supplied with the boat.
Cassie May is a turnkey boat, ready to move onboard immediately as a full time live aboard and available with the option to take over her fully transferable, residential mooring at Aquavista’s fabulous Limehouse marina. For those wishing to cruise their boats, Limehouse offers unrivalled opportunities in central London with direct access to the Thames, Regents Canal and the Limehouse Cut links directly with the River Lee.

- Boat (!) using Uber Boat by Thames Clippers, Canary Wharf to London Bridge is a15 minutes cruise…the ultimate way to arrive at work or start an evening out on the town!
