1946 carvel wooden motorsailor, built along the lines of a fishing trawler " Girl Pat" Class,. Ketch rig with a pivoted bowsprit frame, Large day cabin/ saloon. External wheel steering, helm. Owners cabin forward./ staff/ guest cabin aft.
Vessel has spent much of her life in Southampton waters, the Scilly Isles in the 1950's and Jersey. She underwent an extensive refit at Cockwells Boatyard, Cornwall. 2004. She underwent a major replacement of her decks in 2012/13.
Single Perkins diesel engine,1989.
In her present ownership of 10 years, she has been used as a liveaboard vessel, in Poplar Dock, London and in 2015 she went over to Holland with his work.
2019 his job relocated to Cambridge, so its now time to sell.
Her BSS safety certificate, is now expired, she has a black tank, a 240v ring main, pressurised hot water system and a shower, There is generous headroom throughout the accommodation. No heating system.
May 2021 under went a refit of repainting, topsides, re antifouling, engine serviced Masts re stepped, sails bent on re rigged and launched.
June 2021 made a passage to the River Blackwater for a pontoon mudberth berth alongside.

Companionway steps down into the day cabin.
L shaped seating around a dropleaf dining table. Glazed windows on 3 sides of the saloon at deck level. Access to engine under the cabin sole.
forward amidships the heads to port and the galley to starboard.
Through forward bulkhead into the owners cabin . Bespoke concertina bed base which extends it's width to make a small double berth. plus a single berth opposite.
Full length mirror fixed to the cabin door.
A Propane gas system is installed with the bottle located in vented container besides the helm. The system feeds a Plastimo Neptune 2000 cooker.
hob, oven and grill. sink with Hot and cold pressurised water system.
The Heads has a Jabsco sea toilet and wash basin, shower head hot and cold water. There is a b macerator and black tank for waste.
A steel water tank was located under the starboard cabin sole. The pressure pump and accumulator were located at the rear of the engine compartment. Hot water was supplied by an engine driven calorifier with an additional input from an immersion heater.
Generous headroom through out the accommodation.
Separate access companionway to the aft cabin, presently used as the Bosuns store, it has two full length single berths. Between bulkheads there is the water calorifier. Shore power sockets, electrical fuses and isolator switches.
Strip planked construction using larch and strengthened internally with oak frames and bulkheads, Laminated coachroof beams. A raked stem and a canoe stern.
A protective metal shoe from just above the waterline bow to the keel. The keel foot of cast iron A metal rudder is fitted under her canoe stern. Superstructure all of wood.
Painted topsides. Some cracks in the caulking were noted in places. The decks are in a good condition . The anchoring lower cable was in a good condition and secure. The port hole windows appeared to be secure. The top deck plank was in a good condition and secure. The cabin roofs were in a good condition. The varnished woodwork was in a very good condition. The main cleats were secure. The smaller cleats were secure but their wood sections needed to be varnished.
