Price reduced till end of April 2025 due to new mooring fees.
I am the 2nd owner of this rare and pretty near perfect Windy Kharma, she is almost ready for the 2025 season, engine and outdrive serviced. Just waiting for final polish and some antifouling to be done.
She has the best engine for this very capable deep V hull, the D3 Volvo gives her 220bhp, in a very smooth and controlled way. Capable, top speed of 38 knots and at a crusing speed of 22 knots, she is very economical.
She has shore power, bow electric windlass, bow thruster, teak decking in cockpit and bathing platform. Raymarine C90W colour plotter. Grey tonneau cover and blue camping canvas. Upgraded Niroxx cockpit upholstery. Marine w/c with holding tank and electric pump. Fusion 600 stereo with i-pod docking. New cold water pump for sink and stern shower.
Engine and outdrive serviced March 2025.
A couple of years ago we took her down to Falmouth via Dartmouth and spent a great 10 days exploring.
Reason for sale, we have just brought a bigger Windy as we enjoyed the performace and sea keeping ability so much.
A survey is welcome and she is currently ashore in Christchurch.

The Windy 26 Kharma, from Windy Boats, is a thoroughbred performance sports boat. Drawing on Windy’s know-how of building pure, open speedboats – her modernised retro lines hark back to the low, lean sports boats of the 60s and 70s, but offer exceptional ability, combined with the highest standards of build and finish available today.
Legendary handling from her pin-sharp Hans Jørgen Johnsen deep-vee hull is matched with an ergonomic and well-protected cockpit – offering relaxed seating, an aft sunpad, an exceptional helm position.
She shares the same bloodline and purposeful curves of her bigger sister – the Windy 32 Grand Zonda – and fits a huge amount of fun and function into her 7.78m length. Installed with a punchy diesel Volvo Penta engine, the Windy 26 Kharma promises exhilarating speed (topping out over 38 knots), with a super-soft ride and predictable manners.
Even when pushed, the hull is incredibly forgiving.
“I can still remember the sudden absence of hull noise as water gave way to air and we flew straight as an arrow for a good couple of boat lengths before landing with a satisfying whoomph and continuing on our way.”
